Because it knows the quickest way out of the storm is to move into it. It’s for this reason that we believe in tackling life’s storms head-on. Regardless of your fitness level, diet and exercise can be daunting. Avoiding these topics can result in an unhealthy lifestyle. Our goal is to help you tackle the challenge of exercise and nutrition with facts backed by science. Don’t put your physical and mental health on the back burner anymore! About Me
My name is Brad Parks, and I am above all a follower of Jesus, husband to Rebecca for 13 years, and father to two boys, Everett (7) and Bennett (5). I served 6 years on active duty in the United States Army and completed one tour in Afghanistan. I am a certified personal trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Christian Ministry and a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Ministry Counseling. I love helping people become the best version of themselves and achieve their goals. When it comes to fitness, I enjoy everything from strength training, bodybuilding, and high-intensity workouts. Outside of the gym, I enjoy hiking and being with my family.
